The role requires strong leadership, operational management, customer relationship management, and commercial acumen to ensure the company achieves its sales, service, profitability, and operational objectives within the automotive industry.
Requirements
Degree or professional qualification in Business Management, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum 8–10 years of managerial experience, preferably in the automotive or related industry
Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
Proven ability to manage operations and drive organizational growth
Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Proficiency in MS Office and modern business management systems
