Job Description:
Responsible for employees grievance management.Should be able to get authentic information from employees.Identifying trouble and genuine cases.Employee counselling.
Visiting Operations floor on a daily basis.Conducting joining formalities and Induction program for new joinees.
Communication handling, welcome messages, Policy roll out etc.Issuing memo’s, warning letters based on situation. Organising motivational activities.Responsible for R&R, spot games, appreciation channels etc. Excellent Communication Skills 1-3 years of relevant HR experience.
BPO Call center experience preferred Good knowledge of MS office Should have exposure in Employee Engagement & Motivation activities.
