HR Executive

Job Role:
– Coordinate HR planning and recruitment and selection process
– Prepare payroll, EPF & ETF, service charge, (knowledge of the paymaster system) manage
attendance
– Meet Employees to evaluate progress reviews and assessments, discuss and solve problems,
handle grievance
– Coordinate training programmer join with the head of the departments
– Organize and conduct staff welfare and staff engagement activities (under the supervision of the
general manager)
– Examine the employee and understand their capacity, understand their motivation level, and
improve them
– Conduct employee orientation and facilitate newcomers to adapt to the culture
– Prepare appointment letters amalgamated with the job descriptions
– Produce and submit reports on HR and administrating activities
– Be responsible for Camellia Human Resource policies
Qualifications and Experience
– Degree or Diploma in CIPM / PQHRM, HRM, or equivalent.
– Minimum 2 years experience in the similar Capacity
– Able to work under minimum supervision
– Excellent communication and people’s management skills
– Previous experience in the hospitality industry and any marketing experience will be added
qualifications.
