Junior HR Executive – Male

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
– Assist the HR Manager in recruitment services including job posting, sourcing interviewing etc.
– Monitoring of employees leave & payroll system
– Coordinate training programs for factory staff & maintain data relating to Training & Development
– Maintain & Manage HRIS system in the organization
– Support HR Manager to conduct exit interviews, terminations & submit reports as required.
– Coordinate with local organizations, recruitment agencies, educational institutions & R&D suppliers.
– Perform other administrative duties as & when required.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
– Be below 40 years of age
– Possess a Diploma in Human Resources Management from a recognized university/institute
– Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar capacity.
– Experience in Paints/ Coating products manufacturing industry would be an added advantage
– Ability to communicate fluency in Sinhala and English
– Ability to work long hours
