ROLE DESCRIPTION
This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Administrator, located in Colombo.
The Information Technology Administrator will be responsible for technical support, network
administration, system administration, troubleshooting, and other tasks associated with
information technology. The rote will require the Information Technology Administrator to
maintain the school’s computer systems, networks, and provide desktop support,
among other things.
Qualifications:
– 3 years Experience with Information Technology
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
– Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
– Network Administration and System Administration skills
– Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with users,
vendors, and management
– Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively
– Age 24 to 35
