Assistant Manager IT & Digital Transformation

Responsibilities
– Develop and execute a comprehensive digital transformation strategy aligned with the organization’s business goats.
– Evaluate, select, and oversee the implementation of technology solutions, including software, hardware, and cloud services aligning with the Group IT.
– Lead digital transformation projects, monitor progress, and ensure successful project delivery within scope, time, and budget. Manage project risks and issues, making data-driven decisions to drive successful outcomes
– Establish and manage relationships with IT vendors end partners, negotiating contracts and service-level agreements.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including business units, to understand their technology needs and deliver effective solutions.
– Implement and maintain robust security measures to protect the organization’s data and systems. Ensure compliance with data protection regulations of the group and industry standards
– Develop and manage the IT department’s budget, optimizing spending and ensuring a return on investment.
– Lead change management efforts to ensure smooth transitions during technology implementations and transformations.
– Lead and manage a team of IT professionals and foster a collaborative and innovative culture within the IT department.
Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree in information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
– Proven experience in IT management, digital transformation, and project leadership.
– Strong knowledge of emerging technologies, digital trends, and industry best practices.
– Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
– Project management certification (e.g., PMP, ITIL) is a plus.
– Industry-specific certifications or knowledge will be an added advantage.
