Job Responsibilities:
– Act as a direct support to CEO.
– Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence.
– Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments.
– Managing data bases and other operation critical information.
– Preparing letters, documents and presentations.
– Managing correspondence with external business partners.
– Ensure smooth work flow among other business functions.

Candidate Profile:
– Should have completed Diploma in Business Management or equal.
– Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Administration Coordination.
– Fluency in English and Sinhalese is a must – ability to speak Tami will be an added advantage.
– Ability to draft letters, emails, documentation and prepare presentation in English.
– Experience in secretariat work — Documentation, coordination, follow ups.
– Sound knowledge in MS Office packages.
– Experience in Project Management is an added advantage.
– Excellent customer management skill.
