Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
– Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR operations.
– Hands-on experience with hSenid HRIS and SAP HR modules is mandatory.
– Proficient in HRIS platforms and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
– Familiarity with HR analytics and reporting tools is a plus.
– Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
– Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
