We are looking for a potential candidate for the position of Assistant Manager Human
Resources Candidate should be close to Colombo
Job Requirement
– Should be a Male
– Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in the field of Human Resources Management in Tier 1 group
– Sound experience in Time Attendance ,Labor Handling, Recruitment & Selection, Grievances Handling
– Should have work experience with hSenid & familiarity in MS office packages will advantage
– Excellent interpersonal and good communication skills (both written & oral) in Sinhala & English are essential.
– The candidate should be an efficient, detail-oriented individual who can work independently with minimal supervision
– Candidate should start within maximum of 1 Month
Qualification:
– Bachelor’s Degree / PQHRM or equivalent qualification from a recognized Institute/University
– Salary: Approx. 150K – 220K (Negotiable). Negotiable based on experience and qualifications
