Accounts Assistant

Key Responsibilities
– Responsible for the General ledger, Accounts payable, Accounts receivables, Bank reconciliations and
Revenue recognition.
– Maintain and manage the payroll system.
– Preparation of Employee related calculations-EPF/ETF
– Keeping accurate records for all daily transaction and update internal systems with financial data.
– Contribute to financial audits.
– Preparation of management reports.
– Assisting the organization in formulating actions plans to improve process controls.
Skills And Qualification
– Full or part qualification of recognized accounting body (AAT/ICASL/CIMA/ACCA)
– Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar category.
– High Proficiency in MS Excel and knowledge in Quick book.
– High Proficiency in cloud base accounting.
– Age category 20-28 years.
– Past Audit firm Experience will be considerable advantage.
