We are on the look-out for a competent Assistant Manager – Appliances for our client which is a leading company that is based in Colombo 04.
Responsibilities
Sales Achievement:
Exceed sales targets with strategic approaches
Responsible for forecasting demand and inventory planning
Business Development & Channel Management:
Establish sustainable relationships with Key Dealers, Modern Trade Partners, Architects and Interior Designers etc
Access and analyze market trends and dynamics and competitor behaviors
Keep track on Sales and Product mix of Distributors
Provide regular training to stakeholders on Product portfolio
Market Analysis & Marketing Collaboration:
Provide data-driven insights for decision making and align promotions with business goals
Team- work and collaboration:
Collaborate within and outside the team to maximize Productivity and achieve collective goals
Candidate Profile
Degree or equivalent professional Qualification in Marketing
Minimum 5 to 8 years of previous experience in the Appliances sales industry for a similar role
Having a very good knowledge of MS office applications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Strong connect with Appliances dealers, modern trade partners and distributors is Preferred
Excellent organizational and leaderships skills
Preferably candidates reside in Colombo or near area for easy commute
Salary is negotiable and will commensurate with qualifications and experience to the right candidate.
