We are on the lookout for a Project Sales Executive for our well reputed client company.
Location – Rathmalana
Responsibilities
Drive Project Sales: Identify and secure lighting projects across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, engineers, contractors, and key decision-makers.
Tailored Solutions: Work with the technical team to provide customized lighting designs and solutions that meet client requirements.
Quotations & Proposals: Prepare and present detailed project proposals, quotations, and contracts. Market Development: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
Project Coordination: Ensure seamless execution of projects, coordinating between clients, technical teams, and suppliers.
Requirements
Proven experience in project sales, preferably in the lighting or construction industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Knowledge of lighting concepts (e.g., CRI, Lumens, CCT, IP Ratings) is a plus.
Strong project management skills with attention to detail.
A proactive attitude with a drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
