Key Responsibilities:
– Oversee and manage the financial operations of the company.
– Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
– Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
– Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
– Manage cash flow, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
– Coordinate with internal and external auditors.
– Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
– Lead and mentor the finance team.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s preferred)
– Professional certification (e.g, CMA, CFA, ACCA) is a plus.
– Minimum of 6 years of experience in finance management.
– Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.
– Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Proficiency in financial software and MS Office applications.
– Strong leadership and communication skills.
– Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
