Job Description:
– Minimum of 2 plus years of successful recruiting experience with a proven track record of setting, achieving and exceeding assigned goals
– Develop recruiting strategies designed to identify qualified candidates through various recruiting tools
– Negotiate Salary and other terms and conditions of employment with candidates, and gain commitment from candidates for current and future job requirements
– Must be able to meet aggressive deadlines and handle multiple high priority requirements at any given time
– Must be able to effectively manage and prioritize a high volume requisition workload
– Must have broad overall knowledge of technical terminology
– Proven ability to cultivate relationships with technical professionals
– Must be familiar with social networking techniques
– Must have strong organization skills and ability to multitask
– Must be an exceptional team player with excellent communication and problem solving skills
– Must be able to communicate effectively with others in order to create a productive team environment.
