We are on the lookout for a Customer Experience Agent – LNS Execution for our well reputed Client Company located in Colombo 02.Job Duties
Coordinate with internal stake holders ( LCL / CHB / CX /Transport ) and plan the LCL operations.
Coordinate de stuffing program and container trucking terminal to CFS.
Coordinate with SLPA Officials / Customs Officials / Vendors ( CLT/CALIFOLINK).
Oversee Inbound Container de-stuffing operation both day and night shifts.
Record unloading tally and monitor cargo segregation based on the HBL wise.
Report cargo Damages/unsorted/excess/shortage cargo details.
Oversee outbound deliveries with agreed timelines.
Inspect delivery vehicle condition.- OB
Highlight the Operational issues to team.
Manage stuffing at ACE and reworking export container at QC for clubbing of TRANSHIPMENT shipments.
Share the status reports.
Key Requirements
Minimum 01 year and above experience in Customer Service / Coordinator in Supply Chain & Logistics field is a must.
Should be following / followed a degree or diploma in Supply Chain / Logistics
Age below 35 years.
Excellent written and verbal communication in English with Team working ability and customer services skills.
Young target oriented, energetic and dynamic personality with the ability to adapt in any condition.
Should reside within Colombo radius
