Responsibilities
– Process customer cash transactions accurately and record in the system
– Record all the transactions on time and reconcile at the end of the day
– Perform daily banking process and deposits
– Generate required reports and provide to management
– Adhere to customer service procedures set up in the Company
– Adhere to cash handling procedures and security protocols to prevent theft and ensure
safe working environment
– Liaise with other divisions and perform requested job tasks
– Comply with company policies and procedures
– Effectively communicate with superiors and co-workers to resolve issues or pending
matters
The ideal candidate should have the following prerequisites.
– GCE A/L or similar qualifications
– Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in similar capacity (Cashier)
– Customer service skills with a friendly and approachable attitude
– Previous experience in banking operations
– Proficiency in operating cash floats and handling cash transactions accurately
– Ability to work in multi-tasking environment
– Attention to details and accuracy in handling cash and accurate record keeping
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with minimum
supervision
Salary: Rs. 45,000/- per month (All inclusive) Negotiable
