Job Description:

– Managing the HR Dept from Recruitment to Exit and building the dept and company’s brand equity through quality, being responsive and pro active
– Managing PMS (Performance Management System) In terms of development, review, administration and confirmations
– Creation of JD’s, Competencies identification, assessment, mapping, banding and communication on the same
– Designing and review of system & policies communicate and redraw as and when required.
– Tracking competition in terms of their compensation, benefits and maintaining records to compare & recommend.
– Preparation of budgets and getting approvals on it.
– Highly instrumental in being a part of the team in Culture building
– Designing and administration of the schemes related to Rewards & Recognition.
– Managing the HR operational activities.
