We are hiring Personal Assistant to CEO.
Responsibilities
Manage the CEO’s daily calendar, appointments, and meeting schedules
Coordinate internal and external meetings, including agenda preparation and follow-ups
Draft and manage emails, correspondence, and documentation
Handle travel arrangements, bookings, and logistics
Prepare reports, presentations, and required documentation
Maintain confidentiality and handle all matters with professionalism
Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO
Provide administrative and operational support as required
Qualifications
Degree or Diploma in Business Administration or a relevant field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure
High level of professionalism and discretion
Proficiency in MS Office and digital communication tools
Previous experience in a similar role is an added advantage
