– Should have good experience in end-to-end recruitment life cycle (right from sourcing till on-boarding process)
– Experience in coordinating employee engagement activities and events
– HR MIS and Report Management
– Willing to learn whole gamut of HR function and quick grasper
– Must have good communication and interpersonal skills
