Job Description:
Recommend methods on how to retain employees. Coordinates and represents the organization at career fairs and local colleges and career placement centers.
Researches labor market to identify non-traditional or alternative sources of candidates. Oversees that job offers are extended and salary negotiations are finalized. Assist new hire orientation and closes out requisitions and employee records and performs post employment followup evaluations. Plans and conducts job audits and writes reports of findings. Reviews management requests for classification actions. Ensures the competitiveness of organization and program by conducting job analysis, position description reviews and development.
Assist in various HR audits, such as job satisfaction and FLSA. Streamlines processes to boost the productivity of administrative staff and reduce nonproductive company time.
