Job Description:
– 1 year of recruitment experience (Bulk hiring) with corporate / consultancy.
– Experience with domestic BPO/ITES preferred.
– Good verbal & written communication skills.
– Should be a team player who effectively builds relationships both inside and outside the organization
– Responsible for end to end volume recruitment
– Responsible for creating/identifying various sourcing channels based on need sourcing profiles through job portals, employee referral, tele calling etc.
– Responsible for vendor management sourcing from vendors only for specific positions, timely closure of positions
– Responsible for creating and running a seamless process from sourcing to offer stage through efficient planning, execution and follow-up
– Responsible for ensuring quality of hire through stringent process of screening and evaluation rounds
– Ensure process of regular follow up till joining date to positively impact offer to join ratio
– Managing MIS
