Job Description:
Responsible for managing the Organizational and Human Resource needs, reporting to the VP-HR.
Head, strategize, plan, organize and implement the entire gamut of HR function, activities and initiatives, for multi-SBUs.
Plan, organize for, guide and ensure top-of-the-line performance from subordinate team members.
Ensure high levels of satisfaction with Department’s ability to support growth aspirations of the markets.
Experience : 10 – 12 Years
