SENIOR CASHIER (MALE)

Responsibilities
Process customer cash transactions accurately and record in the system
Record all the transactions on time and reconcile at the end of the day
Perform daily banking process and deposits
Generate required reports and provide to management
Adhere to customer service procedures set up in the Company
Adhere to cash handling procedures and security protocols to prevent theft and
ensure safe working environment
Liaise with other divisions and perform requested job tasks
Comply with company policies and procedures
Effectively communicate with superiors and co-workers to resolve issues or pending
matters
The ideal candidate should have the following prerequisites.
GCE A/L or similar qualifications
Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in similar capacity (Cashier)
Customer service skills with a friendly and approachable attitude
Previous experience in banking operations
Proficiency in operating cash floats and handting cash transactions accurately
Ability to work in multi-tasking environment
Attention to details and accuracy in handling cash and accurate record keeping
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with minimum
supervision
Age around 40 -50 years.
