We are on the lookout for a Site Inspection Supervisor for our client company located in Colombo 04

Responsibilities
Supervise and oversee air conditioning and wiring installations
Ensure proper implementation of air conditioning systems according to standards
Conduct inspections and quality checks on installations and maintenance work
Coordinate with technicians and other team members to ensure project completion within deadlines
Maintain safety standards and ensure compliance with workplace regulations
Communicate effectively in Sinhala, Tamil, and English for smooth operations

Requirements
Male candidates with age below 35 years
Higher Diploma or equivalent professional Qualification in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Engineering
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in air conditioning or refrigeration system installation and maintenance or extensive knowledge of all aspects of air conditioning systems
Sound Knowledge and experience in handling services and breakdowns in split type Air Conditioners
Should be able to work with ERP and Corporate systems
Proficiency in Sinhala, Tamil, and English languages
Having a very good knowledge of MS office applications
Time management skills, ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Communication and people management skills
Require to have a valid driving and riding license
Preferably candidates reside in Colombo or near area for easy commute
Salary is negotiable and will commensurate with qualifications and experience to the right candidate.
