DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Planning and imptementation of preventive maintenance on a scheduled basis and maintain down time records of maintenance break down of all machinery and equipment. Responsible for collecting job cards for the whole machine and equipment breakdown.
Responsible for the up keep and maintenance of the factory Buildings, Machinery and equipment and its safety and notify the Factory Manager of any defects or shortcomings with remedial actions.
Organizing the repair and routine corrective maintenance of production equipment /Machinery and maintain records with consultation of Factory Manager.
Design maintenance strategies, procedures and methods.
Minimum plant breakdown and initiate continue improvements to minimize machine break downs.
Calibration of all measuring and testing equipment on a scheduled basis and responsible maintenance of such equipment and maintain records.
Assist to prepare department KPts, Budgets and active contribution for new projects.
©Ensure for equipment and facilities on the basis of programmed activities and operating conditions, prompt notification of spare part requirements to compensate deviations from routine and special maintenance demands.
Assist to implement and sustain manufacturing excellence programs / Tools.
Set up and operate packaging machines to display accurate code dates and weights
Manipulate machine controls to ensure minimization of packing material waste and Reset machines in cases of malfunctions and clear jams
Be prepared to work long hours on the production floor.
Always motivate the subordinates under you by appreciating their talents and performance.
Be punctual, loyal, safety and goal oriented, organized and detail oriented, and have good personal appearance and habits.
Work with company managers to establish and implement company policies and procedures.
Prepares reports for the management team, as required,
Be prepared to work on shifts where the working hours will be decided by the Management and
prepared to continue the duties when required.
Any other duties assigned to you from time to time.
The salary is open to negotiation and will be based on the qualifications and experience of the suitable candidate.
