Job Details:
– Responsible to source the best fit resumes through the Employee Referral, Own database, Consultants against the job requirement & line up the candidates for interview.
– Responsible to judge the candidate’s suitability, on the grounds of his/her attitude, academic and professional qualification, experience, communication skills and so on.
– Responsible to conduct the walk-in interviews in an organized way.
– Responsible to send the Daily Hiring Report on a regular basis.
Candidate Profile:
– Education Qualifications – MBA.
– Excellent command over English (Verbal and Written).
– Experience in recruitment or in the similar field for atleast a year /Fresher can also be considered.
– Experience in HR will be an added advantage.
– Good knowledge of computers.
– Excellent inter personal skills.
– Good command over written and spoken English.
– Hard Working.
– Dedication towards the work.
– Working knowledge of computers (basics of Excel and MS Word).
– Ability to market the organization well.
– Must have a strong eye for detail and the ability to gauge a candidate.
