– Graduate in any stream
– Good experience of IT recruitments using various alternate channels apart from normal recruitment process
– Should be good at Multitasking
– Should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong leadership skills
– Good analytical Skills
– Be motivated and results driven
– Should have good understanding on IT skills
– Should have a good eye for detail.
– Ability to consistently perform under pressure, and meet deadlines, all while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
