Responsibilities:
– Weekly calls with SA2 to discuss all clients.
– Bank feeds or manual upload of non-connected accounts.
– Cash and credit card reconciliations.
– Attaching receipts and checks.
– Vendor statements reconciliations.
– Entry of sales.
– File storage and file organization.
– Expense reporting.
– Notify other team members if JEs need created to make bank feeds ‘match’.
Qualifications:
– Part qualified ACCA, CIMA or CA.
– Prior US experience would be an added advantage.
– Possess strong analytical, organizational, communication and people skills.
– Proficiency in XERO, Auto Entry. QBO and MS office.
– Experience in delivering client focused solutions.
– Up to Speed, accuracy, attention to detail, flexibility and willingness to work individually and as part of a team to achieve team goals and deadlines.
– Ability to commit and have a long-term career growth with the firm.
Salary:
We offer an attractive salary package that awaits the right candidate, and subsequent salary increments will be based on qualifications and performance within the firm.
Working Hours. Monday to Friday from 09.30 AM to 06.30 PM.
