Roles & Responsibilities
– Formulating of funding strategies and utilization of finance resources effectively
and efficiently
– Providing strategic financial management and leadership initiatives across the
Business, in line with the overall corporate strategy.
– Leading the business planning, budgeting process and monitoring progress towards
their achievements
– Overseeing preparation/submission of monthly/annual financial statements and
statutory reports, timely accurately and in accordance with standards and
regulations.
– Ensuring the provision of timely management information and analysis for decision
taking
– Playing a leading role in Enterprise Risk Management
– Developing the capacity of finance team
Minimum Education, Experience and Other Requirements
– Full professional qualifications in Accounting, (Preferably CA/ACCA/CIMA) with
minimum 05 years of experience
– Degree in the field of Finance from a recognized university would be an added
advantage
– Ability to manage work pressure and meet the deadlines with minimum supervision
