We are on the lookout for a Staff & Trade Incentive Executive for a well Reputed Company located in Sri Lanka.
Working Location – Colombo-04
Key Requirements
1–2 years of relevant experience in Finance, Management Accounting, Commercial Finance, Sales Operations, Incentive Management, or Data Analysis.
Experience in incentive calculation, commission processing, payroll-related calculations, sales data analysis, or financial reporting would be an advantage
Graduate or professional qualification in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Mathematics, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field.
Part qualification in CA, ACCA or equivalent would be an added advantage.
Experience
Expertise in Microsoft Excel with the ability to work with large datasets.
Key Responsibilities
Extract required date from relevant data base in excel format.
Analysis the data from the source data based on pre-defend criteria.
perform the commission for sales force based on pre-defend criteria
perform required analysis & reconciliation.
Make sure management approvals for the commission/ Incentives.
Timely completion of incentive calculations and payment processing.
Monthly cost/ Provision analysis & month end JV posting.
