Senior Manager / Head of International Sales & Marketing

We are looking for a results-driven and strategic Senior Manager / Head of International Sales & Marketing to lead and execute sales & marketing initiatives in the food export industry for our client company.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop international marketing strategy aligned with company objectives
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing international customers by providing excellent customer service.
Developing International Key Accounts
Identify and develop new export markets and business opportunities.
Prepare and implement marketing and sales plans for existing and potential overseas markets.
Organize and coordinate export promotional activities for different international markets.
Conduct market research and analyze international market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
Prepare quotations, negotiate with overseas customers, and follow up on export orders.
Coordinate with Production, Quality Assurance, Shipping, and Procurement teams to ensure timely execution of export orders.
Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customer requirements.
Represent the Company at international trade fairs, exhibitions, and business meetings when required.
Engaging with social media to promoting and interacting trade.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and other management reports.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in international business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field with recognized professional qualification marketing.
Minimum 10 years and above experience in International Sales & Marketing, preferably in the Food Export Industry related with coconut/Tea/Frozen/Processed foods.
Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
Good knowledge of international trade regulations and export documentation.
Excellent command of spoken and written English.
Ability to travel overseas when required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
