IT Assistant/Executive

Required Qualifications
– Degree or Diploma in Information Technology from a recognized University or institute.
– Minimum 03 Years working experience in a similar capacity.
– Knowledge in SAP B1, Windows server, Hyper-V/VMware, Cisco, SQL, Crystal Report, Firewall will be an advantage.
– Problem-solving mindset and the ability to think creatively to overcome challenges.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with colleagues at all levels of the organization.
Duties and Responsibilities
– Manage and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, network, PABX, printers, CCTV, and servers.
– The deployment, monitoring, maintenance, and support of all IT systems, including troubleshooting issues and providing technical assistance to end-users.
– Collaborate with department heads to identify and address IT needs and requirements.
– Manage vendor relationships for IT products and services.
– Be highly disciplined and could work independently and harmony with the team as well.
– Ability to work under pressure and on call support when required.
