Job Profile:
– Supervising and managing the day-to-day operations of the hotel to provide a better experiences and excellent services.
– Managing and motivating staff to provide high quality and excellent service to guests.
– Optimize occupancy rates and revenue thoroughly strategic planning.
– Maintain good communication and positive interpersonal relationships with guests, staff and other parties in the business
– Accomplishes hotel human resources objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, and coaching, counseling & discipline employees.
– Ability to handle all operational department & supporting department of the hotel.
Requirements:
– Proven experience in hotel management with a successful track record should have at least 02 years’ experience in a similar capacity or skilled in a reputed star class hotel preferably with professional qualification in the relevant field
– Good team player, positive attitude and customer care
– Age below 50
– In depth knowledge of the hospitality industry (strong background in F & B will be an advantage)
– Excellent communication skills in English & speaking another language/s will be an advantage
