Job Description:
– Bachelor’s degree required / MBA will be an added advantage
– 1 to 3 years of experience in full life-cycle recruiting at preferably, KPO/BPO firm
– Should possess good knowledge of website like Naukri /
– Monster & have handled Walk-In Drive’s
– Ability to work in a high pressure, fast paced & geographically ispersed organization.
– Should possess strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
– Proficient in office computer software/systems (MSOffice, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
– Willing to work in shifts.
– Handle recruitments extensively, through various sources such as Employee referrals, Walk-In’s, Campus drives.
– Develop and execute recruitment plans
– Understand job requirements and identify sources for recruiting and create job descriptions.
– Efficiently and effectively fill open positions.
– Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
– Should have handled volume hiring for BPO’s.
– Should have manage huge footfall in Walk-In Drive’s
– Maintain TAT on hiring as per SLA’s and MPR requirements
– Source and shortlist employees based on JD / MPR
– Should do the intitial HR Screening to identify right candidates
– To work and coordinate with Voice and Accent trainers and Operation’s hiring panel.
– Offer closures ensures all documents verified before offer
– Ensure ref checks are conducted per the policy Recruitment
– MIS.
– Maintain Daily Recruitment tracker for projects assigned stating profiles sourced, screened, selected, rejected, offered
