We are on the lookout for a Brand Manager for our client company located in Colombo 04.

Job Responsibilities
• Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to drive awareness and business growth
• Conduct market research to identify consumer insights, market trends, competitor activity and brand expansion opportunities
• Define and maintain brand positioning, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels
• Oversee brand identity management and ensure adherence to brand guidelines
• Design and execute effective ATL, BTL and Digital marketing campaigns
• Enhance brand presence through strategic visibility campaigns
• Lead and manage new product development and successful campaigns
• Plan and evaluate consumer promotions to boost brand engagement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and to create competitive trade plans
• Maintain strong relationships with key principals and address market shifts proactively
• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns that enhance customer engagement
• Establish and manage the budget for all brands and channel development programs and initiatives, collaborating with sales and trade marketing teams
• Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results
• Stay abreast of industry developments and emerging trends to improve strategic decision making

Requirements
• Degree or equivalent professional Qualification in Marketing or a relevant field
• Minimum of 03 years previous experience in the consumer electronics, home appliances industry for a similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Having a very good knowledge of MS office applications
• Demonstrated success in creating and executing marketing campaigns
• Experience in managing cross-functional teams and working in a dynamic environment
• Proficiency in digital marketing, market research, and data-driven decision making
• Creative thinking and a passion for branding and consumer behavior
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Require to have a valid driving and riding license
• Preferably candidates reside in Colombo or near area for easy commute

Salary is negotiable and will commensurate with qualifications and experience to the right candidate.
