Service Engineer
The successful candidate will be responsible in the following areas.
– Supervise workshop operations and ensure high-quality repair and maintenance
services.
– Diagnose technical issues and provide effective solutions.
– Manage technicians and allocate work efficiently.
– Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering quality service on time.
– Maintain workshop productivity and comply with company quality and safety
standards.
Successful Applicant’s Profile
– Degree, Higher National Diploma (HND), or Diploma in Automobile Engineering,
Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
– Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in an automobile workshop or dealership
environment.
– Good knowledge of vehicle diagnostics and repair procedures.
– Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
– Excellent communication and customer service skills.
– Computer literacy and the ability to prepare service reports.
– Valid Sri Lankan driving license will be an added advantage.
The salary is open to negotiation and will be based on the qualifications and
experience of the suitable candidate.
