APPROACH TO WORK
– Welcome customers and understand their service requirements.
– Prepare job cards and provide service estimates.
– Coordinate with the workshop to ensure timely completion of repairs.
– Keep customers informed on repair progress.
– Ensure excellent customer service and maintain accurate service records.
SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT’S PROFILE
– Diploma or Certificate in Automobile Engineering, Motor Vehicle Technology,
or a related field.
– Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer
service role within the automobile industry.
– Good knowledge of motor vehicles and service procedures.
– Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer handling skills.
– Computer literacy and familiarity with service management systems will be
an advantage.
– Valid Sri Lankan driving license is preferred.
