Job Details:
– Recruitment (Prepare job specs, Post jobs in portals, blog and newspapers, Shortlist candidates, interview, negotiate, hire, induction etc.).
– So you will be responsible for full recruitment life cycle.
– Manage Appraisals.
– Manage and arrange trainings for employees.
– Schedule seminars, campus interviews with colleges and Universities.
– Arrange and manage employee development activities and programmes.
– Regularly Participate in Company blog and encourage employees to do the same.
– Work on employee personality development.
– Get feedback from employees about work load, company expectations, discipline etc.
– Help us for PR activities.
– Improve trust level among employees.
– Help us build better work culture.
– Enforce company policies, suggest new policies or amendments.
Candidate Profile:
– Punctual and Disciplined – because you will be training employees for these things too.
– Proactive and take initiatives.
– Excellent communication skills.
– Should be ready to take additional responsibilities which can fit into your abilities.
– Self learning and creative.
– Self inspired, motivated and willing to achieve targets and deadlines
