Job Description:
– Recruitment’s across middle and senior level mandate of various functions
– Sourcing and screening candidates through various channels online, headhunting, mapping and referencing.
– The incumbent should be conducting prelim telephonic and personal interviews.
– Analyzing and managing client requirements by way of coordinating and scheduling interviews.
– Should have done client interaction by distant conversations or interpersonal meetings.
– Should be target oriented.
– The candidate would be required to facilitating candidate interviews with the clients.
– Should be adept in negotiating compensation packages, reference checking and hand holding the candidates till joining
– The candidate must emphasize on database building, creating and maintaining required and relevant and error free MIS.
