Job Description:
Candidate with 2-3 years of experience in complete cycle of recruitment from understanding, sourcing, screening to closing the position. Should have excellent interpersonal skills. Should be good in handling different positions in NON IT Segment.
Will be responsible for Sourcing and validating candidates resumes as per clients mandate and developing relationship with both candidate and clients. Also play key role in generating leads for new clients. Handling cross industry requirements.
