Job Description:
The candidate should be preferably from HR systems driven organization that has constantly been upgrading the HR deliverables and measuring results on daily/weekly basis.
Has 4-5 years of experience in Human Resources.
Should be sound in advanced computers operations
Responsible for Lead and Lag HR Variables analytics and dash board management of Company and Subcontractors
Compensation and Benefit survey and Secondary salary data Management.
Will be handling HR Analytics , HR ERP role.
Create structures and feedback Mechanism on various HR and Employee relations parameters for both Company and outsourcing organizations.
Create proactive self HR Audit on periodic basis and get the same audited by outside benchmarked HR systems.
