Job Description:
Have conceptual thinking ability with knowledge of organisational development methodologies & HR practices/ regulations. Clear analytical skills, understanding of finance/ business metrics
Participate in key projects/initiatives in organisation design, job design and performance management and make recommendations to Senior management to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of the organization, supporting a high performance work culture. Align organisation structures, roles, processes and metrics to the strategy and needs of the business, including M&A and restructuring initiatives. Support the development of robust plans and strategies, that underpin and facilitate mid and long term business strategies. Participate in multiple organisation design projects/activities. Provide advice to Senior Management to ensure that design of jobs are aligned with the achievement of the desired business goals, whilst incorporating appropriate differentiation to support career/succession planning.
