Job Description:
The incumbent will perform an HR role and participate in a gamut of HR functions like post recruitment process, performance appraisal and employee communication.
The incumbent should also have the ability to manage complex team situations and effectively handle employee relations
Implementation of HR Process, procedures and practices
Drive implementation of people related programs
Should have a flair for reaching out to employees and engage with groups of employees at regular intervals, proactively.
Experience : 2 – 3 years
