Job Description:
Desired Candidate Profile:
– Should have 3 plus years of experience with recruitment of candidates preferably in USA/ UK market.
– Should be very flexible and open to work in UK shift
– Should have strong experience with resourcing strategies such as Job Portals, Internet sourcing, Networking, Head Hunting, Employee referrals and Cold calls
– Should have experience building effective keyword queries for online portals with complex combinations
– Should have knowledge of various technologies, domains, and ability to source and relate client requirements to right skill sets
– Should have good knowledge of IT technologies
– Should have excellent communication skills with high energy levels and enthusiasm
– Should be highly networked, Target driven, proactive, team player
