Job Details:
– Regular updating of the other HR systems.
– Understand manpower requirement and fulfill staffing requirements.
– Internal (Managing the Job Portal).
– Generating offer letter for the employees and also taking exit interviews.
– External (corresponding with clients and candidates).
– Major role assistance in recruitment.
– Employee Relations – Respond to and address various HR related queries.
– To search resumes and profiles from portal sites and update job postings as per requirements.
– Understand and implement the strategy for HR practices.
– Enable the team to maintain the standard in HR Transactional practices and improve the delivery of Facilitative activities.
– Handle employee queries on various HR policies.
– Enhance the image of HR to be ‘best in class.
Candidate Profile:
– Graduate in any discipline.
– Graduate with 0-2 yrs experience in any recruitment firm can apply.
– Graduate willing to pursue career in HR.(For Freshers).
– Good Command in English and comfortable in conversing in the local dialect.
– Good Knowledge in tracking CV,s and knowledge in MS office suite.
