Job Details:
– Consistent Revenue Generation : There will be consistent revenue generation against monthly, Quarterly and Annual targets.
– The Revenue generation happens in our industry when recommended candidates join clients.
– This part of the profile does need people who are objective oriented and result oriented.
– Service Delivery Leadership : The incumbent in this profile will be responsible for a few key accounts.
– The incumbent will achieve the stated business objectives in these accounts by understanding the needs of the client, by ensuring the delivery SLA,s are met and expanding and enhancing the relationships with client.
– Research : This part of the profile has the incumbent conducting industry mapping, in order to reach the right candidate for the mandate he /she would be handling.
– Evaluation : In this part the incumbent will use various evaluation methods including BEI based interviews to reach the right shortlists for the candidate.
– Co-ordination and Handholding: Here the incumbent to this position will be playing the role of an ace co-coordinator, problem solver, career counselor and a friend to a candidate.
Candidate Profile:
– Any graduate with flair for recruitment. Experience from 2 to 5 yrs in any discipline.
