Looking for a highly motivated Technical Recruiter for our US Operations who has experience in calling and screening, sourcing the candidates and submit to the client.
– Excellent experience in Sourcing and screening the candidates.
– Clear understanding of the different development process
– Excellent interpersonal skills with a creativity to tap the innovative ideas
– Excellent verbal and written Communication skills
– High level of energy and enthusiasm.
– Ability to interface with all levels
– High level of initiative and self motivation.
– Highly organized and detail oriented.

– Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
– Must be able to work independently under pressure, with never give up attitude – Excellent follow-up skills
