Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management with 2 to 3 years in a similar position. Computer and Hotel Software Knowledge a must. Resourceful, Presentable, Intelligent and Adaptable. Should be able to join immediately.
Responsible for all HR operations of the Hotel as per Company standards. Responsibilities include ensuring statutory compliances, overall recruitment, payroll, appraisals, counselling, staff training and scheduling.
