We are seeking a proactive and performance-driven Assistant Manager – Supervisor for our client company.The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, operational expertise, and a proven ability to manage teams in a fast-paced outsourcing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day operations and ensure service delivery meets client SLAs and KPIs
Lead, coach, and motivate team members to achieve performance targets
Monitor productivity, quality, and compliance standards
Handle client communication and resolve escalations effectively
Prepare operational reports and performance analyses
Assist in process improvements and implementation of best practices
Support recruitment, training, and performance management of staff
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in the BPO / KPO industry, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Experience managing teams and handling client interactions
Proficiency in MS Office and operational/reporting tools
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
