We are inviting applications for the position of Resident Manager for our client.We are seeking a mature, responsible, and experienced individual who can ensure the smooth operation of the residential facilities while fostering a safe and disciplined environment for students.Candidate Profile:
Male candidate aged between 55 to 65 years
Retired officer with prior experience as a Principal / Vise Principal / Consultant / Teacher in educational institutions / the education department
Holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) or Master of Arts (MA) degree
Willingness to reside on-site (accommodation and meals will be provided)
Requirements & Skills:
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
High sense of responsibility, integrity, and discipline
Ability to manage emergencies calmly and efficiently
Good organizational and communication skills
